I patched together a Parisienne “costume” with thrifted items I already owned.  The only thing I had to buy was red lipstick (Red Revival by Maybelline Colorsensational.  THE.BEST.)  Really happy Halloween is behind us.  Not sure how gals wear this much make-up and heels on the daily!  More power to ‘em.
